So, we had to make a hard decision this year and worst of all last minute. 4 CF schools just got grants to have preschools in 4 elementary schools. I was hoping to get him into Southdale...that is where he will go to school, but that was full, so we went to another one. This program is suppose to be great and on top of it..it is free. Which is a huge savings for us. The other good thing is he will be going 2 full days and I think this will better prepare him for kindergarten. He is getting so big so fast. I will keep you posted on his 1st day.

Joys of Kade

I think Kade is our problem/crazy kid! We got home from KC on Sunday and I was hanging out downstairs with the boys and Kade had to go potty...so all I here is mom look..I look up to Kade and his little white butt. Oh the joy of being a mom to boys. Oh and by the way the next night was a full moon. Fun times ahead!!!

I know my friend isn't happy right now since she is stuck inside working. I keep saying that I am blessed to work 3 days and I get to enjoy days like these with the boys. On the other hand I get to deal with, fighting, whining, no napping and some days the boys are asking for daddy since mom is so mean! Still I cherish every moment!

I am snuggling with Kade. He is laughing and blinded by my flash on my phone. Pk and I are headed to Kansas City to a Royals game this weekend. We leave today and come home on Sunday. Grandma is coming to stay. The boys are so excited they haven't seen Grandma in awhile. I can't wait for this get away, but still sad to leave the boys. More pictures to come...I hope from the game. Safe travels for us :0)

Another great night in Cedar Falls! Nice and cool and the boys are drawing with chalk thanks to their aunt Andrea. Hours of fun. I can't get over that summer is almost over and school will be starting soon. Time flies! Everyone have a great night and I promise to blog sooner!!!
